Later came Beazer, Richmond American, TW Lewis (bought out by David Weekley Homes), Ashton Woods, and Toll Brothers. There are also custom home lots in the gated Circle G at Seville and semi-custom homes built by Shea in the gated community of Estados at Seville.
Newer construction homes in the gated community of Siena at Seville were built by David Weekley Homes and Ashton Woods and consist of mostly single level homes with a few 2-story floorplans available. Many homes have golf course views and there are also a few cul-de-sac homes.
