The Landmark series of homes range in size from 1955 up to 3491 sq ft with 2-3 car garages and 3-6 bedrooms. There are 6 different floor plans available in Landmark with 3 single level homes and 3 two-story homes. Prices start around $415,000. Model homes are open, however, it is very important to work with a Realtor and bring your agent with you on your very FIRST VISIT to the model homes in the community. The sales representatives in the model homes are usually very helpful, however, it is important to remember that it is their job to uphold the builder’s best interests and not only that, but it is their fiduciary duty as employees of the builder. As an experienced Realtor, I will work hard for you and will represent your best interests and I am often able to negotiate a “better deal” for my clients in terms of sales price, builder incentives and/or overall terms. Having a Realtor on your side of the transaction will only benefit you as a buyer when working with a new home builder. Building your home from out-of-state? No problem!
