CONGRATULATIONS to my incredible newlywed clients on the purchase of their GORGEOUS golf course home in Seville Golf and Country Club in Gilbert, Arizona! I could not be more excited to share this awesome real estate story with all of you. This is my 3rd transaction with Carola in less than a year. Last year, she was ready to make a move and she decided to build a beautiful 3-story townhome in Gilbert’s fantastic, Lakes at Annecy community. I negotiated a great deal on her new build townhome and she closed in December 2019. It was simply perfect for her and had everything she wanted! In January, I listed and sold her Power Ranch home with only 2 days on the market and we closed over asking with a cash buyer in just 8 days! So awesome! Between April 2019 when she signed the contract to build and December, when she closed on her new build, she met the love of her life, Derek! They got engaged and they married in January 2020 and then with COVID-19, and both working from home more than usual, they quickly realized that their brand new townhome, built just for her, was not big enough to accommodate the two of them along with Derek’s two adopted greyhound pups! SO, they called me and said, we simply need more room, we have to move! We started the process of finding their perfect new home to begin their wonderful new life together as a family of 4 and this beauty came on the market in Seville. I knew the floorplan and the builder and when I saw this listing pop on the market, I immediately sent it over to them. It checked off every single box on their wishlist…and their list was a long one! We were the first ones to view the property and it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! This was the home for them and with the CRAZY HOT real estate market and limited inventory in Arizona, they knew they had to jump on it quickly. They went in strong and over asking, while asking the seller to pay for all HOA fees and a home warranty, and the sellers accepted their offer on the spot without a counter! First day on the market, multiple showings scheduled, and expecting multiple offers to come in, BUT they accepted my client’s offer the very same day! So awesome! There are so many things you can do when writing and presenting an offer that will help set your offer apart from any others received. In this case, my clients didn’t even allow time for other offers to come in. They came in strong and over asking and that was enough to seal the deal! Better yet, the home appraised for more than the purchase price, so they had instant equity on the day of closing! I truly LOVE stories like this one and now I look forward to helping Carola sell her practically new townhome property that is officially coming on the market this week!
