New Home Community Cadence at Gateway Is Coming Soon! The Grand Opening will be held on October 20, 2018 to be exact! Cadence at Gateway is a brand new 464 acre master-planned community located just to the south of Eastmark at Ellsworth and Ray in East Mesa. There are 4 builders contributing to this development by Harvard Investments, Inc. including: David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Lennar and Pulte Homes.

Cadence at Gateway will offer a wide variety of parks and walking trails, a planned main street area with retail and office space, as well as The Square which will an incredible amenity for residents only. The Square is about 8-acres in size and will feature a community center, visitor’s center, event space, resort-style pools/spa with waterslides, fire pits, tennis courts, basketball, bocce ball, garden and indoor/outdoor fitness areas, and a dog park area.

Even though Cadence at Gateway is located in East Mesa’s new Gateway Corridor, Cadence will be in the highly ranking Queen Creek Unified School District. There are also plans for a Queen Creek Elementary School to be built in the neighborhood in the future.

Cadence at Gateway and the neighboring community of Eastmark are both within a Community Facilities District (CFD). A CFD was established by the City of Mesa in cooperation with the developers, to offset the cost of setting up utilities and infrastructure (water, sewer, roads, stoplights, landscaping, etc). A CFD assessment will be added to each homeowner’s annual tax bill for all homeowner’s in Cadence and Eastmark. For additional information on CFD’s, please visit the City of Mesa’s website.

 

Cadence at Gateway Builders

David Weekley will be offering a variety of floorplans (yet to be released) in The Commons at Gateway with a total of 72 home sites and average lot sizes of around 58’x125′ or approximately 7250 sq ft.

Gehan Homes will be building in Villagio at Cadence and offering a choice of 6 floor plans with home sizes ranging from 1896-3199 sq ft on a total of 54 lots, with an average lot size of 6625 sq ft.

Lennar will be building 4 unique subdivisions within Cadence (Discovery, Destiny, Harmony and Melody) with a total of 18 available floor plans ranging in size from 1650 up to 2900 sq ft on a total of 207 lots between the 4 neighborhoods. Average lot sizes will range from around 5378 sq ft up to  6000 sq ft.

Pulte Homes will offer 3 neighborhoods (Cypress, Estate and Cactus) with a total of 15 floor plans and homes ranging in size from 1800 sq ft all the way up to 3700 sq ft. They will build a total of 193 home sites with an average lot size between 4200-5625 sq ft.
